It can be assumed that this caused it to be pale. Some fans believe due to its condition, it was choked/strangled to death. There are many fanmade theories on how it died under the hands of Alfred and Maria. The third time, Ines tells Aya how to break the barrier around the door. The second time she appears, she is holding Aya's mother's perfume, & later tries to use it to lure some of the rats closer, but fails. Ines first appears as the one standing behind Aya after the lamp goes out by the storeroom. Drevis' laboratory, the room goes dark and the sound of a chainsaw can be heard. While Ines held Aya, she was shown to be happy that she would be Aya's big sister. While living there, he claimed Ines would be a part of his family & that Aya, who was only a newborn at the time, would be her little sister. It is revealed in the Remastered version of Mad Father, that Ines lived on the streets as an orphan thief, until Dr. When Aya finds her dead, she mutters with a wistful smile, "I only wanted to be a part of your family", before fading away. Ines displayed a desire to join Aya's family however, she is killed by the dolls in the incinerator room since she helps Aya burn the Creepy Doll. She seems to love animals, since she was testing her adoptive mother Monika's perfume to make sure that the animals would like the scent but ended up failing.
Ines was a cheerful & playful little girl. When Ines was alive, her appearance was much healthier & her eyes were more focused. She wore a white sleeveless dress, & is always seen with a smile. Ines was a little girl, with short blonde hair, dark green eyes, & pale skin.
